Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region is the area's largest youth mentoring organization serving children in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Saratoga counties. We help over 800 vulnerable children each year reach their potential by providing them with one-to-one mentoring relationships. Research has shown that children who have a Big Brother or Big Sister are more likely to succeed in school, avoid violence and substance abuse, and improve confidence.
