I am just not seeing it. How about pre loading the site with NYS FOIL content (from a content value perspective, I mean egad... it's albany...)
What about a feature/function request forum?
anyway... a quick venn analysis shows that this is not a magic quadrant site re what is already out there, so what's the USP?

Hi Ray,
We have been building the site from the inside out and hope to tie it all together for everyone very soon. With respect to Ning, iZoca connects you to all your groups (public or private) so you can stay up to date with all the latest events, discussions and other activities. With Ning, each social networking site is essentially stand alone but they have recently launched a dash board in an attempting to help members stay connected.
It would be great to hear some of your suggestion! Please feel free to post them to this group or send me a message directly on iZoca.
Thanks!

I belong to iZoca, Facebook, Twitter, linkedin and I just joined Ning but I am no expert in social networks, the language that describes them or the addiction that sometimes encompasses them. What I do know is I like simplicity and ease of use....izoca champions this. I like clear and direct language without the enhanced social networking decorations. iZoca again hits a home run.
When I entered Nings site today I was presented with an assortment of 8 networks..in my language..discussion groups. None of them were of great interest to me so I 'created' my own. Nice site but no connection to the Mother Ship. I felt adrift and had difficulty importing my contact list due to their limitations.
I like the set-up and features of my ning site and hope to use it but I find iZoca offers more clarity, connectivity and interaction.
